Strawberry Protein Cheesecake Recipe

If you’re craving cheesecake and like strawberries then you’re going to love this healthy Strawberry Protein Cheesecake recipe!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener
  • 10.6 Ounces (300g) Fat Free Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons (34g) Low Sugar Strawberry Jelly
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 12 Ounces (339g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder (or Strawberry)
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries

  • Calories: 848
  • Fat: 12g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 1384mg
  • Carbs: 64g
  • Fiber: 3g
  • Sugar: 50g
  • Protein: 121g

  • Calories: 212
  • Fat: 3g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 346mg
  • Carbs: 16g
  • Fiber: .7g
  • Sugar: 12.5g
  • Protein: 30.2g

Take out a large bowl, chop up your Strawberries, add all of your ingredients into it, and then mix everything together. Line a 6×2 cake pan with some parchment paper, pour your mix in, and then top it with whatever you want (if anything). Put it into the oven on 325°F/162°C for 30:00-35:00. After 30:00-35:00 drop your temperature to 200°F/93°C for another 50:00-60:00. Take your cheesecake out, let it cool, wrap it up, and then put it into the fridge overnight (or a couple hours if you can’t wait that long). Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Use a plain Greek yogurt to cut down on the sugar in the recipe!
  • If you can’t find fat free, reduced or full fat ingredients work just as good!
  • Top it with some Greek yogurt and strawberry slices!
