Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (Or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flaxseed Meal
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Coffee/Mocha Flavored Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Rum Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 509
  • Fat: 13g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 335mg
  • Carbs: 50g
  • Fiber: 13g
  • Sugar: 11g
  • Protein: 48g

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend them together. Drink. Brain freeze!

  • This and the Red Velvet Pudding seemed to have a really rough ‘bite’ to it. I would think that’s coming from the extracts, but the Pudding doesn’t use them.

    Maybe its the instant coffee? I don’t drink coffee so maybe I’m not used to the taste? Or maybe I’m doing something wrong. =/

  • I am not a big fan of flax seed. Do the other ingredients mask its taste or can I leave that out? Is flax seed one off those things you eventually acquire a taste for after retrying over time?

    • You can’t taste them at all in this recipe. I don’t mind them but I mask the flavor of them with other ingredients so that might be why – experiment and see what works best for you! 🙂
