Sriracha Ranch Turkey Burgers

Take grill season to the next level with some Sriracha Ranch Turkey Burgers! This high protein burger recipe is packed with flavor, has just enough heat, and is one of our favorite summer meal prep recipes.

Homemade Oat Flour

Start this one by taking out a blender or food processor and making homemade oat flour. To do this, add 1/2 cup of rolled oats into whatever you’re using (or however much the recipe says you need if you scale it below) and simply just blend or process them until they look like flour.

Continue by adding into a large mixing bowl 1 packet (20.8 ounces) of lean ground turkey, your homemade oat flour, 4 tablespoons of flaxseed meal, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 4 tablespoons of bacon bits, 3 optional tablespoons of chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of a fat free ranch dressing, and 1/2 chopped up red onion.

Don’t like ground turkey? Use a lean ground beef!

Mix all of those ingredients together until everything for your Sriracha ranch turkey burgers is well incorporated.

Did you know that flaxseed meal is a great source of healthy fats and fiber with 5 grams for every 60 calories?

Shape your burgers however big you want them and choose how you want to make them. I made mine on the grill today but the stovetop works great too.

Grilled Turkey Burgers

To cook these on the grill turn your burners on medium heat and coat your grill with some non-stick cooking spray once it heats up.

Put your burgers on your grill and cook each side for around 4-4 1/2 minutes. Cooking time will depend on what temperature you like to eat your burgers and how big you made them so make sure to keep an eye on them!

Remove them from the grill and pick your favorite macro friendly roll! Some of my favorite ways to eat these?

  • Lettuce wrap (low carb)
  • Pita bread
  • English muffin (low calorie)
  • Tortilla or burrito
  • On top of rice or quinoa

Just made this and I could only eat 3 of the 5 wraps. I added a medium sized tomato in each wrap as well because I thought it would taste good. Thanks for the recipe, and thank you for putting this whole website full of recipes up! I’m going to be eating your cheesecake soon. This will be the easiest cut ever!
