If you like banana cream pie then you’ll love this absolutely delicious banana cream protein shake recipe! Low in fat, high in protein, and enough kick to destroy any sweet tooth craving out there!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8oz) Sweetened or Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Serving (8g) Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream Jello
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 365
  • Fat: 5g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 1031mg
  • Carbs: 41g
  • Fiber: 4g
  • Sugar: 20g
  • Protein: 39g
