Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes Instant PuddingFat Free Sugar Free Banana Cream
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder45g Vanilla or Banana
  • 2 ½ Cups Milk Substituteor Milk (20 Ounces)
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • ½ Cup Whipped Topping
  • 1 Pre-made Pie CrustFat Free or Reduced Fat

Instructions

  • Mix your Instant Pudding, Protein, and Milk together with a whisk or hand mixer for 1-2 minutes
  • Cut your Banana into slivers
  • Lightly mix your slivers in
  • Pour your mix into your Pie Crust
  • Cover
  • Put it into the fridge for around 2-3 hours
  • Layer the top with your Whipped Topping

    This is an awesome recipe, I changed up the flavors and mixed the cool whip into the custard instead of on top, great starter recipe. I still wanna try the Banana cream pie, but I tailored it to my hubby who loves Oreos! I even added reduced fat Oreos, can’t go wrong!
