This Healthy Chocolate Protein Spread recipe is quick, delicious, goes great on almost EVERYTHING, and a great alternative to high fat spreads!

Here is the recipe:

  • 15.5 Ounces (439g) Reduced Sodium Black Beans
  • 3 Tablespoons (15g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 3 Scoops (90g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats (or Coconut Flour)
  • 1 Tablespoon (19.5g) Chocolate Syrup

  • Carbs: 104g
  • Fiber: 37g
  • Sugar: 18g

Drain and rinse your Black Beans. Add all of your ingredients into a really powerful blender or food processor. Blend or process everything together until it’s creamy. Store your spread in some mason jars. Mouthgasm!


  • Store it in the fridge and it’ll last around 7-10 days!
  • Use your spread on crackers, fresh fruit, in a sandwich with some peanut butter, or anything else you can think of!
