Ingredients

  • 20.8 Ounces Ground Turkey1.3 Pounds 93/7 Lean (or Lean Ground Beef)
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 4 Servings Stuffing Mix112g
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup34g
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Cup Craisins40g
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion

Instructions

  • Chop up your Red Onion
  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix them together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
  • Bake on 375F/190C for 25-30 minutes
