Healthy Holiday Meatballs Recipe

These Healthy Holiday Meatballs are quick, cheap, delicious, and taste just like a holiday dinner!

Here is the recipe:

  • 20.8 Ounces (1.3 Pounds) 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (or Lean Ground Beef)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 Servings (112g) Stuffing Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons (34g) Ketchup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (40g) Craisins
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion

  • Calories: 1540
  • Fat: 52g
  • Saturated Fat: 16g
  • Sodium: 1446mg
  • Carbs: 130g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 42g
  • Protein: 138g

Calories in each meatball (if you make 12):

  • Calories: 128
  • Fat: 4.3g
  • Saturated Fat: 1.3g
  • Sodium: 120.5mg
  • Carbs: 10.8g
  • Fiber: .4g
  • Sugar: 3.9g
  • Protein: 11.5g

Chop up your Red Onion. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix them together. Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and then shape your mix into balls. Bake on 375°F/190°C for 25:00-30:00. Mouthgasm!


  • Top them with some barbecue sauce or gravy!
