I too would like fewer carbs and calories. What can we substitute?
Hey Dina! A couple easy swaps: try cutting the oats down to 1/4 cup and using a bit more coconut flour to thicken, and make sure your protein powder and pudding mix are both sugar free to keep the carbs as low as possible!
I love lemon! This sounds like a great start to my day. Have a question on the instant pudding – are you using the dry mix, preparing the dry mix & using 1 serving or a prepared pudding cup (which I have)?
Keep bringing the recipes!
Yes, just the dry mix straight in! No need to prepare it first, it helps thicken everything up perfectly overnight. So glad you’re loving the lemon recipes, enjoy!
Hey Derek,
I recently found you on You Tube and I’m looking forward to trying some of your recipes. Your Lemon Pie Overnight Protein Oatmeal recipe really appeals to me. Anyway, I was wondering what your thoughts are on someone who is trying to lean out eating this for breakfast, seeing as it contains 17g of sugar. Any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. By the way, I’ve just bought all the ingredients for your Sriracha Tuna Chilli, which I’ll be making tonight.
