Orange Cream Protein Shake Recipe

Do you remember or still LOVE orange creamsicles? I do! To get my fix I came up with a healthy alternative that’s high in protein! This Orange Cream Protein Shake recipe is absolutely delicious!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond (or regular Milk/other Milk substitute)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tablespoons (around 7g) Coconut Oil
  • 1 Container (5.3 Ounces/150g) Fat Free Orange Cream Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Peeled Naval Orange
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 461
  • Fat: 13g
  • Saturated Fat: 7g
  • Sodium: 384mg
  • Carbs: 44g
  • Fiber: 6g
  • Sugar: 23g
  • Protein: 42g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
