Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Waffles Recipe

If you like pb&j sandwiches then you’re going to fall in love with these healthy, quick, and delicious Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Waffles!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites (or 1 Large Egg White)
  • 3 Ounces Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 2 Tablespoons (32g) Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons (34g) Low Sugar Jelly
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups (120g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • Fat: 27g
  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 940mg
  • Carbs: 133g
  • Fiber: 19g
  • Sugar: 39g
  • Protein: 100g

  • Fat: 9g
  • Saturated Fat: 1.6g
  • Sodium: 313.3mg
  • Carbs: 44.3g
  • Fiber: 4.7g
  • Sugar: 13g
  • Protein: 33.3g

Check out my cheap waffle maker:

Combine all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Take out your waffle maker and let it heat up. Once it heats up, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, pour your mix in, and then cook your waffles for around 2:00-3:00 or however long your waffle maker says to. Mouthgasm!


  • Top them with some sugar free syrup, banana slices, and ground cinnamon!
