Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese116g Fat Free
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites46g (or 1 Large Egg White)
  • 3 Ounces Milk Substituteor Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter32g
  • 2 Tablespoons Jelly34g Low Sugar
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder60g Vanilla
  • 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats120g
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Small Banana
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
  • Process or blend everything together
  • Take out your waffle maker and let it heat up
  • Once it heats up, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in
