Do you like Gingerbread Cookies? If so, you’re going to LOVE this healthy, low fat, high Protein Gingerbread Cake recipe that is full of flavor!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 1/2 Cups (120g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 4 Scoops (120g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Teaspoons (16g) Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1/2 Cup (122g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 1/8 Cup Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • Carbs: 173g
  • Fiber: 19g
  • Sugar: 75g
  • Protein: 129g

Blend or process your Rolled Oats until they look like flour. Combine all of your ingredients (including your flour) into either a food processor or large bowl. Process/Mix everything together making sure to stop once everything looks mixed (so you don’t over-mix). Take out at least a 10’’ cake pan, coat it with non-stick cooking spray, and then pour your mix in. Bake on 375°F/190°C for 15:00-20:00. Enjoy!


  • Top with nuts, chocolate chips, cool whip, greek yogurt, protein frosting, crushed up graham crackers, etc!
