Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Pastry Flour30g Whole Wheat
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder10g
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g
  • ¼ Cup Milk Substituteor Milk (2 Ounces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter14g (or Butter Substitute)
  • ½ Tablespoon Honey10.5g

Instructions

  • Melt your Butter and combine all of your ingredients into a bowl or use whatever you want your brownie(s) to be made in
  • Mix everything together
  • Coat whatever you’re using with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Microwave your mix for around 1 minute
