Protein Microwave Eggless Brownies

Ready for some healthy, quick, and delicious protein brownies that you don’t need eggs to make? These Protein Microwave Eggless Brownies are the key to keeping you on track. Did I mention you only need a few ingredients to make them!?

All you need for this one is a microwave safe brownie dish. This dish can be a ramekin, mug, tiny bowl, etc. Keep in mind that whatever you use will be the shape of your eggless brownie.

If you’re doubling or tripling the recipe, use a mixing bowl. You can evenly distribute your mix from that.

Start by adding into your dish or bowl 1/4 cup of whole wheat pastry flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/4 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and 1/2 tablespoon of honey.

Make sure to use the best tasting protein powder you have and use a flavor that will compliment the brownies. I like vanilla or chocolate for these protein microwave eggless brownies.

Mix all of those ingredients together until smooth.

Microwave Eggless Brownies

If you didn’t mix everything together in the dish you’re microwaving, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray before this next step.

You don’t need to do this but it does guarantee that it’ll pop right out if you do. If you plan to eat your eggless brownies right out of your dish, this step is really not needed.

Evenly distribute your eggless brownie mix into your dish or dishes and top them with whatever you want. Nuts, chips, chunks, or sprinkles all work great!

Microwave them for around a minute. The more powerful your microwave is, the less time they’ll take. Keep an eye on your eggless brownies and remember how long they took for next time!

Remove them from the microwave and top them with some optional sugar free chocolate syrup.
