This protein peanut butter balls recipe will annihilate your sweet tooth! These balls taste like mini rolled up candy bars and not only just that, they are crazy HEALTHY! What more could you ask for? They say don’t forget the balls for a reason…

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (160g) Pitted Prunes
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 Box (1oz/28g) Seedless Raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flax Seed
  • 1/4 Cup (1oz/28g) Walnuts (or whatever nuts you prefer)
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)
  • 8 Tablespoons (1/2 Cup/128g) Peanut Butter
  • 2-4oz Warm Water
  • 10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener (Optional – You can also use 1/2 TBSP Pure Honey)
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1-2 Servings) (Optional)

  • Carbs: 192g
  • Fiber: 35g
  • Sugar: 98g
  • Protein: 98g

Put your Pitted Prunes into a food processor and process them until paste-like (or a ball forms). Add in the rest of your ingredients into the food processor aside from the Shredded Coconut, Peanut Butter, and Warm Water. Melt your Peanut Butter and add it into your food processor. Process for :20. Add in your Warm Water and continue processing until everything is mixed together. Shape into balls and then roll them in the Shredded Coconut (or whatever you want). Put your balls into the freezer for 2-4 hours. Eat balls!


  • Roll them in cocoa powder, graham cracker crumbs, granola, or anything else you can think of!

  • I really enjoyed these balls (haha). They were super tasty but could only survive in my freezer. I could taste the prunes in it but I like prunes so all the better!
