Red Velvet Protein Shake Recipe

This Red Velvet Protein Shake taste just like you would imagine a thick red velvet cake milkshake would taste like! Healthy, delicious, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Original Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Serving (Around 2 Tablespoons/21.5g) Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • Couple Ice Cubes
  • A little Whipped Cream

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 310
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 510mg
  • Carbs: 32g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 16g
  • Protein: 32g

Put all of your ingredients into either a shaker bottle or blender aside from your Whipped Cream. Shake or blend everything together. Top with a little Whipped Cream. Drink. Brain freeze!
