Salted Caramel No Bake Cheesecakes Recipe

Stick to your diet this year by killing those cravings with healthier alternatives like this Salted Caramel No Bake Cheesecake which is low in fat and PACKED with protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 12 Tablespoons (180g) Reduced Fat or Fat Free Cream Cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Teaspoons (12g) Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon (10g) Caramel Syrup
  • Graham Crackers *Optional

  • Sodium: 419mg
  • Carbs: 26g
  • Fiber: 0g
  • Sugar: 18g
  • Protein: 49g

How to make:

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your Graham Crackers.
  2. Mix everything together until thick.
  3. Take out a couple smaller bowls and evenly crush up some Graham Crackers into them (this is to create a quick crust).
  4. Pour your mix into them.
  5. Top them with some Caramel and Salt.


  • Make a bunch at a time!
  • Put them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes so that they can thicken up even more!

    • Hi Lacey! Thanks for the support! Just trying to switch up the style a bit, I do it every so often. Eventually I’ll have a few styles I rotate so everyone is happy (I know some people prefer me speaking the ingredients).
