Sriracha Meatballs Recipes (Healthy/High Protein)

The best kind of “balls”…meatballs! Not only that but SRIRACHA meatballs. If you liked meatballs before you will LOVE them now. One of my favorite healthy recipes!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Pound (16 ounces) Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 Extra Large Egg
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (or 1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic)
  • 1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs (30g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha (30g)

Calories in the whole recipe with 96/4 Ground Beef:

  • Calories: 707
  • Fat: 23g
  • Saturated Fat: 10g
  • Sodium: 1545mg
  • Carbs: 26g
  • Fiber: 3g
  • Sugar: 8g
  • Protein: 99g

Chop up your Yellow Onion. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into meatballs and put them onto a baking sheet sprayed with some non-stick cooking spray (or parchment paper). Bake on 375°F/190°C for 10:00-12:00. Turn over and bake for another 10:00-12:00. Devour!
