Having a love both sriracha and tuna…I’ve decided to show you guys one of my favorite cheap diet staples! My Sriracha Tuna Cakes recipe!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Cans Tuna in Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 4 Tablespoons (60g) Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup (30g) Bread Crumbs
  • 3-4 Teaspoons (15-20g) Sriracha

Calories in the whole recipe:

  • Calories: 317
  • Fat: 5g
  • Saturated Fat: 1g
  • Sodium: 2010mg
  • Carbs: 34g
  • Fiber: 6g
  • Sugar: 12g
  • Protein: 34g

Drain your Tuna. Combine all of your ingredients together into a bowl. Mix everything together. Shape into two cakes. Take out a stove top pan, put your burner on Low-Medium Heat, and spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray. Once your pan heats up cook your patties for 2:00 a side. Devour!

  • Tip: Top with more sriracha!
