Strawberry Shortcake Protein Pancakes Recipe

If you like strawberry shortcake then you’re going to love this guilt-free, high fiber, and delicious Strawberry Shortcake Protein Pancakes recipe!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 9 Tablespoons (138g) Liquid Egg Whites (or 3 Large Egg Whites)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 8 Tablespoons (56g) Coconut Flour
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4 (14.5g) Reduced Fat Wafers
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • A couple Strawberries

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 720
  • Fat: 16g
  • Saturated Fat: 10g
  • Sodium: 791mg
  • Carbs: 57g
  • Fiber: 20g
  • Sugar: 22g
  • Protein: 87g

  • Calories: 240
  • Fat: 5.3g
  • Saturated Fat: 3.3g
  • Sodium: 263.6mg
  • Carbs: 19g
  • Fiber: 6.6g
  • Sugar: 7.3g
  • Protein: 29g

Chop up your Strawberries and then combine all of your ingredients into a large bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray. Once your pan heats up put some of your mix onto it (making your pancakes however big you want to make them). Cook each side of your pancake for 2:00-3:00. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Top with some whipped cream, cool whip, fresh strawberries, fat free strawberry Greek yogurt, nuts, chocolate chips, or anything else you can think of!
