Ingredients

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 9 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites138g (or 3 Large Egg Whites)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt75g Fat Free Strawberry
  • 8 Tablespoons Coconut Flour56g
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder60g Vanilla
  • 4 Wafers14.5g Reduced Fat
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • StrawberriesYour choice

Instructions

  • Chop up your Strawberries
  • Combine all of your ingredients into a large bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a stovetop pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Once your pan heats up put some of your mix into it
  • Cook each side of your pancake for 2-3 minutes
