Tiramisu Protein Pancakes Recipe

If you like pancakes and you like tiramisu then you’re going to love these healthy, high fiber, and delicious Tiramisu Protein Pancakes!

Here is the recipe for the pancakes:

  • 1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 6 Tablespoons (92g) Liquid Egg Whites (or 2 Large Egg Whites)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Coffee Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Rum Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup (113g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons (28g) Coconut Flour
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Here is the recipe for the frosting:

  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons (60g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener

  • Calories: 399
  • Fat: 7g
  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 759mg
  • Carbs: 29g
  • Fiber: 14g
  • Sugar: 9g
  • Protein: 55g

Calories in the WHOLE recipe w/ the Frosting:

  • Calories: 499
  • Fat: 7g
  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 959mg
  • Carbs: 39g
  • Fiber: 14g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Protein: 70g

Combine all of your ingredients for your pancakes into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Take out a stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and then coat it with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in and cook each side of your pancake for around 2:00-3:00. Make your frosting by combining all of your frosting ingredients together in a bowl and mixing them around until it looks like frosting. Top your pancakes with the frosting. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Top them with some cocoa powder!
