Five ingredients is all you need to make these absolutely delicious fluffy PROTEIN PANCAKES!
This one is quick, you can easily change up the flavor when you get bored, and you probably already have all of the ingredients to make them.
Protein Pancakes
Start by taking out a bowl and adding into it 2 large whole eggs, 1 large egg white, 1 ripe banana, 2 scoops of your choice flavor protein powder, 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Using a banana here helps give your fluffy protein pancakes the right texture and sweetness.
Mix those together while mashing in the banana with a fork until smooth.
The riper your banana is, the easier this will be. Don’t be scared of brown spots on your bananas either!
Take out your favorite pancake pan or griddle, turn your burner on medium heat, and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray.
Pour your mix in once it heats up and cook each side for 2 minutes.
Depending on how big or small you made your fluffy protein pancakes, this number could change. Keep an eye on them and remember it for next time.
Repeat until all of your mix is gone.
