Keep the macros and save the diet with a delicious Coconut Cream Pie Protein Shake! This healthy smoothie recipe is loaded with coconut flavor, made with simple ingredients, and guaranteed to satisfy.
For this recipe you’re going to need a blender to get it smooth. If you don’t have a blender, here’s a link to the one I’ve been using and recommend.
Add right into your blender 3/4 cup of sugar free coconut milk or other milk substitute, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 container of a vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, and 1 cup of ice.
To give this coconut cream pie protein shake even more flavor you could optionally use a frozen banana and less or no ice.
Blend all of those ingredients together until your shake is smooth and everything looks incorporated.
Pour your shake into your favorite glass and top it! I topped mine with a crushed up graham cracker and some unsweetened shredded coconut. Let us know what you top your protein shake with in the comments below.

This recipe upset my stomach for some reason. I’m thinking maybe the vanilla protein powder I used had issues being heated up in the oatmeal or something. The chocolate oatmeal recipes are great though! Just fyi, I’m using ON Gold Standard Whey.
Totally meant to leave this under the oatmeal one.
Heads up,
The link to the coconut creampie oatmeal takes me to the shake version instead.
