Your new favorite low calorie and high protein dessert recipe is here. This Strawberry Banana Protein Fluff made using protein powder is quick, delicious, and only takes 5 ingredients to make! If you’ve got a huge appetite and you’ve never had protein fluff, now’s the time!

For this protein fluff recipe you’re going to need a mixing bowl, something to blend your ingredients together with, and something to mix your ingredients together with.

Add right into your mixing bowl 1 cups of frozen strawberries, a couple slices of a frozen banana, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 1/2 scoops of a vanilla or strawberry protein powder, and 1/4 cup of a milk substitute.

Why frozen strawberries? Fresh or unfrozen will add too much “liquid” to the recipe.

Bored? Change up your protein powder flavor to easily change up the flavor in the recipe!

With a hand blender like this one, a food processor, or regular blender go ahead and mix everything together until it’s creamy. When your frozen strawberries are blended in, you’re done this step.

Protein Fluff

Once creamy, continue mixing all of your ingredients together with a hand mixer or whisk. The goal now is to “whip” air into your recipe which will create your strawberry banana protein fluff! This step should take a few minutes with a hand mixer or longer if you’re using a whisk (depending on how fast you whisk!).

Top it with whatever you want and dig in! Alternatively here you could also eat it like a dip with your favorite healthy crackers, rice cakes, and/or anything else you can think of. Share your favorite ways to eat this protein fluff in the comments below.

Want a more ice cream like texture? Toss it in the freezer for 20 minutes!
