Craving a sundae but can’t afford the calories? Our Banana Split Protein Shake should have you covered! This healthy drink recipe is packed with great macros, filling, and a great alternative!
For this healthy sundae alternative you’re going to need a blender since we’re using fruit, rolled oats, and ice. Here’s a link to the blender I’ve been using lately and recommend.
Add into your blender 3/4 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup, 1 small banana, 1 1/2 scoops of a vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of crushed pineapple, 1 container of a banana Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup of ice.
Diet tip? Look for the lowest sugar Greek yogurt you can find!
Blend all of those ingredients together until everything for your banana split protein shake is incorporated.
Pour your shake into your favorite glass and get ready to top it! I stayed with the banana split theme and topped mine with some whipped cream, crushed up walnuts, banana slices, and a cherry.
