Low Carb Chicken Pizza Recipe

Want pizza but can’t afford the carbs? Look no further! This Low Carb Chicken Pizza recipe is packed with protein, customizable to your liking, and absolutely DELICIOUS!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Pounds (32 Ounces) Chicken Breast
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 3/4 Cup (183g) Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Cup (112g) Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (or Any Other Cheese)

Calories in the WHOLE recipe (without the Mushrooms, Green Pepper, and Red Onion):

  • Calories: 1421
  • Fat: 45g
  • Saturated Fat: 14g
  • Sodium: 1331mg
  • Carbs: 25g
  • Fiber: 5g
  • Sugar: 12g
  • Protein: 229g

Calories in each portion (if you make 6):

  • Calories: 236
  • Fat: 7.5g
  • Saturated Fat: 2.3g
  • Sodium: 221.8mg
  • Carbs: 4.1g
  • Fiber: .8g
  • Sugar: 2g
  • Protein: 38g

Take out your Chicken Breast, trim the fat off of them, and cut them in half or pound them down until they are all the same size and THIN. Take out a stove top pan and turn your burner on Medium Heat. Coat your pan some non-stick cooking spray, add your Chicken Breast in, and cook that side for 5:00. After 5:00 coat the top of your Chicken Breast with some non-stick cooking spray, flip them over, and cook for another 5:00. Remove your chicken from the heat, take out a baking sheet, and put your chicken onto it. Evenly distribute the rest of your ingredients (or whatever ingredients you want to use) on top of your chicken. Bake on 400°F/204°C for 15:00-20:00. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • This will last in the fridge 5-7 days so make enough to last you the whole week!
  • The thinner your chicken is, the quicker it’ll cook!
  • If using a food thermometer your recipe is done when your chicken is 160°F/71°C!
