Unhealthy cheesecake cravings made healthy with this Cheesecake Protein Oatmeal recipe! These microwave oats are packed with flavor, quick to make, super filling, and taste just like a cheesecake!

All you need for this one is a bowl that you can microwave and your microwave. If you don’t have a microwave, here’s a link to the one I’ve been using lately.

Add right into your bowl 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 2 servings of sugar free fat free cheesecake instant pudding, 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, and 1/4 cup of water.

Mix those cheesecake protein oatmeal ingredients together until your instant pudding is dissolved.

Microwave that for around 2 minutes. Keep in mind that cooking time may change depending on how powerful your microwave is.

While your cheesecake protein oatmeal is still hot add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 tablespoon of honey, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Mix those ingredients together until everything is incorporated.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream cheese and top it with whatever else you want like some fresh blueberries (pictured).
