Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats40g
  • ½ Cup Milk Substituteor Milk (4 Ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water2 Ounces
  • 2 Servings Instant Pudding16g Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Tablespoon Honey10.5g
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream Cheese60g Fat Free

Instructions

  • Take out a microwavable safe bowl
  • Add your Rolled Oats, Milk, Water, and Pudding into it
  • Mix everything together
  • Microwave for around 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Cream Cheese
  • Mix those together
  • Add in your Cream Cheese
  • Lightly mix that in
