Curb your thin mint cookie cravings with a Chocolate Mint Protein Shake! This healthy chocolate smoothie recipe is easy to make with simple ingredients and packed with both whey and casein!
Add right into a blender 3/4 cup of unsweetened chocolate milk substitute, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 serving of instant sugar free fat free chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding, 1 scoop of a chocolate protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese, and 1 cup of ice.
Make sure you get peppermint extract and not mint as mint is more of a spearmint flavor.
Blend everything together until you have your liquid version of a thin mint!
Don’t have a blender? Here’s a link to the one I’ve been using for years and recommend.

This is so good! Sinfully good. Like, curb a chocolate craving good, and filling. It’s taking me a while to finish. Definitely worth of a meal replacement. I am drinking it right now, and it nearly filled a blender bottle. It tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie, but packed with protein, sans all that sugar. I used peppermint oil because I don’t have the extract. I must say, 2 drops are more than enough. I made it this morning and had to throw it away 🙁 because I used four drops and it was just… overpowering. I could taste that there was potential, so I decided to have it for my nighttime shake, and it’s awesome. Thanks! I have my eyes on that coconut shake next. Have you ever thought of doing an almond joy type recipe? With like almond extract, coconut[milk], and something chocolatey? I bet you could do it! Thanks again.
