Affordable stove top pans (high quality too):

Put your Rolled Oats into either a food processor or blender and process/blend them until they look like flour. Add in your homemade oat flour and the rest of your ingredients into a large bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a large stove top pan, put your burner on Medium Heat, and coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in and cook each side of your pancake for around 2:00-3:00. Mouthgasm!

  • If your mix is too thick add in another ounce or two of Guinness!
  • Top with the Optional Green Topping by mixing your Whipped Topping and Green Food Coloring together!

  • I followed it exactly and came out with 9 pancakes. I could have easily destroyed all of these tasty suckers in one sitting, but left 3 for breakfast. Per your directions, I washed em down with some Guinness. Happy St. Patrick’s Day, and thanks for a new pancake recipe!

Also of note, that sweet and spicy chicken and lentils recipe is the bomb. I’m looking forward to lunch leftovers the whole week. Thanks Derek.

  • I tried out this recipe and had breakfast for a week! The pancakes were great, although a little dry (I’m not sure if I screwed something up). I ended up topping them with a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt every morning and it was awesome!

    • Awesome Mike! I only eat these a couple times a year but when I do they are always a treat. Either adjust cooking time or throw in some more Guinness next time (might help)!
