What We Used

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substituteor Milk
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour36g (or Oat Flour)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 9 Mini Cookies29g

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients aside from your Mini Cookies into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a donut pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in
  • Crush up and evenly distribute your Mini Cookies across your donuts
  • Push your crushed up Mini Cookies in a bit so they bake into your donuts
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 8-10 minutes
