These Cookies & Cream Protein Doughnuts pack a big enough punch to knock out any sweet tooth! Healthy, loaded with fiber, quick to make, and absolutely delicious!

Here is the recipe:

  • 4 Tablespoons (36g) Coconut Flour (or Oat Flour)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 9 Mini Cookies (29g)

Add all of your ingredients aside from your Mini Cookies into a bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a doughnut pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in. Crush up and evenly distribute your Mini Cookies across your doughnuts. Push your crushed up Mini Cookies in a bit so they bake into your doughnuts. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 8:00-10:00 . Mouthgasm!

  • If your mix is too thick add in another large egg white!
  • Top your doughnuts with some Greek yogurt and more crushed up mini cookies!
