Healthy Bacon Sriracha TUNA Balls Recipe (Low Carb)

These Bacon Sriracha Tuna Balls are without question my favorite balls to put in my mouth. A mouthgasm of flavor that you’ll never get sick of!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Cans Tuna (Mine were 5 Ounces/142g Each or 10 Ounces/282g Total) (or Canned Chicken)
  • 6 Teaspoons (30g) Sriracha
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons (28g) Light/Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 5 Tablespoons (35g) Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 Cup (28g) Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Red Onion (Couple Slices/Optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon & Pepper
  • 1 Cup (90g) Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs (or 1 Cup Rolled Oats)

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 1003
  • Fat: 39g
  • Saturated Fat: 13g
  • Sodium: 3510mg
  • Carbs: 71g
  • Fiber: 9g
  • Sugar: 14g
  • Protein: 92g

Calories per Ball (if you make 10):

  • Calories: 100
  • Fat: 3.9g
  • Saturated Fat: 1.3g
  • Sodium: 351mg
  • Carbs: 7.1g
  • Fiber: .9g
  • Sugar: 1.4g
  • Protein: 9.2g

Chop up your Red Onion Slices. Drain your Tuna. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a baking sheet and coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Shape into balls. Bake on 375 for 10:00-20:00. Enjoy!


  • Use Fat Free Mayonnaise or/and Cheese to cut down on your fats!
