Healthy Dessert PROTEIN Pizza (No Powder Needed)

If you’ve ever wanted pizza for dessert…stop wanting and HAVE! This Healthy Dessert Protein Pizza is packed with fiber, delicious, and you don’t need protein powder to make it!

Here is the recipe for the crust:

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 Large Egg Whites
  • 4 Tablespoons (36g) Coconut Flour (or Oat Flour)
  • 12 Tablespoons (180g) Fat Free Cream Cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Toppings:

  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 9 (29g) Mini Cookies

Calories in the WHOLE crust:

  • Calories: 498
  • Fat: 14g
  • Saturated Fat: 7g
  • Sodium: 436mg
  • Carbs: 35g
  • Fiber: 16g
  • Sugar: 12g
  • Protein: 56g

Calories in the WHOLE crust with the toppings I used:

  • Calories: 711
  • Fat: 19g
  • Saturated Fat: 8g
  • Sodium: 674mg
  • Carbs: 64g
  • Fiber: 17g
  • Sugar: 30g
  • Protein: 71g

Combine all of your ingredients for the crust in a large bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in. Make your pizza whatever shape you want it, just make sure to level out the top so that it bakes evenly. Bake on 375°F/190°C for 20:00-25:00. Let it cool and top it with whatever you want. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Take your pizza out when your edges are golden brown!
  • Top it with some Greek yogurt and mini cookies or use one of my protein frosting recipes!
