A refreshing, delicious, and HEALTHY way to start your morning with this Orange Creamsicle Protein Shake Recipe! Did I mention it’s high in fiber and protein as well?

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Light Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 353
  • Fat: 9g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 268mg
  • Carbs: 27g
  • Fiber: 10g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Protein: 41g

Mix everything together. Drink. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Top with some fat free whipped cream, ground cinnamon, and/or crushed up graham cracker!
