Ingredients

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 6 Tablespoons Coconut Flour45g
  • Cup Almond Flour14g
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce122g
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your Apple and mix everything together
  • Chop up your Apple and lightly mix it in
  • Take out two half pint size (or bigger) mason jars, coat them with some non-stick cooking spray, and evenly distribute your mix into them
  • Top them with whatever you want
  • Put them in your oven on 350F/176C for 25-30 minutes
