Protein Chocolate Explosion Bites

Are you in the mood for a healthy chocolate dessert but are strapped for time? These Protein Chocolate Explosion Bites should do the trick! This no bake recipe only takes a few minutes to prep, is packed with healthy fats, and guaranteed to satisfy your cravings!

Add into a mixing bowl 1/4 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 2 tablespoons of coconut or oat flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of a sugar free chocolate syrup, 2 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate chips, 2 1/2 scoops of a chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoons of Nutella, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 1 serving sugar free fat free chocolate flavored instant pudding.

Why coconut flour? It’s a great source of fiber with 5g for every 60 calories!

Mix all of those ingredients together until your mix is smooth.

You can add in or roll these around in whatever you want! Nuts, sprinkles, graham cracker crumbs, and so on. Think outside the box and get creative!

Take a plate out or something to store your bites in and shape your protein chocolate explosion bites. However big or small you make them is completely up to you, I made 7 today. Keep in mind that if you make more or less than 7 then you’re macros for each bite will change.

Mix too sticky? Put your mix in the fridge before shaping them or keep your hands damp while shaping them.

If you want these bites to have more of a cookie texture you can put them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before eating them.

Pro tip? Double or triple the recipe to make enough for the whole week!

Hi. I have been following your YouTube videos and recipes all the time.

I live in Singapore and I don’t get jell-o any where here. Is there any alternative ingredient which I can use. I really wanna try this recipe.

    Looks really delicious.. Yummy..

Looks good. The plate looks like the set I got my daughters for their graduation, from WalMart. 😉
