Protein Pumpkin Iced Coffee

1 Coffee437 cals

The last pumpkin flavored anything you’ll need this season, Protein Pumpkin Iced Coffee! This easy protein coffee recipe is packed with great macros, seasonal flavor, and just enough caffeine to get you through the day.

All you need to do for this one is add all of your ingredients directly into your blender. Looking for a better blender? This is the one I’ve been using for years now and recommend to everyone.

Add into your blender 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1 cup of a pumpkin flavored coffee roast, 1 1/2 scoops of a vanilla protein powder, 2 teaspoons of light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 of a frozen banana, 1/2 ounce of pecans, and some optional ice!

If you’re making this seasonally, you should have no problem finding a pumpkin flavored coffee roast. If it’s out of season, a regular roast will work great too (add in a little more pumpkin pie spice if you want!).

Chocolate Protein Pumpkin Iced Coffee

Don’t like or don’t have a vanilla protein powder? Use a chocolate protein powder and add some cocoa powder for more of a chocolate pumpkin taste!

Make your coffee in bulk! Not only will you save time doing this, you’ll have quick access for all of your coffee recipes (think coffee protein pancakes). Our cold brew recipe is great for this.
