Ranch dip made with Greek yogurt is here! This Protein Ranch Tuna Dip recipe is super easy to make with just a few ingredients, healthier than the “real” thing, and goes great with or on just about anything!
The first thing you need to do for this one is to take out a bowl and drain your can of tuna. The can of tuna I used today was solid white and 5 ounces.
Add your drained tuna into your bowl followed by 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal, 1 container of a plain Greek yogurt, and 1/3 of a ranch seasoning mix packet.
Did you know that flaxseed meal is a great cheap source of healthy fats, fiber, and protein?
Mix those ingredients together until everything for your protein ranch tuna dip is well incorporated.
Depending on how thick you want your dip you can either add more or less Greek yogurt or some xanthan gum to thicken it up even more.
Use this protein ranch tuna dip with crackers, on rice cakes, in a sandwich, and so on! Let us know some of the ways you eat or prepare it in the comments below.
Pro tip? Switch up the flavor of your dip by using other flavor packets! Don’t like ranch? Try Harvest dill!
