This Strawberry Shortshake is not only just healthy and high in protein but full of delicious flavor as well! If you’re craving strawberry shortcake and want a healthier alternative then this is the recipe for you!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup (152g) Strawberries
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4 (14.5g) Reduced Fat Wafers
  • 1/2 Cup Ice


  • Top it with some whipped cream and wafer crumbs!

  • Carbs: 53g
  • Fiber: 5g
