It’s hard to make the word Snickerdoodle sound healthy but this Snickerdoodle Protein Shake recipe does the best job it can at doing that. Healthy, delicious, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1/4 Cup (57g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 Packet Sweetener
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 433
  • Fat: 17g
  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 346mg
  • Carbs: 30g
  • Fiber: 8g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Protein: 40g
