White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oatmeal Recipe

One of the best relationships ever, white chocolate and raspberry! This White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oatmeal is more than just delicious…it’s healthy, loaded with fiber, AND high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Ounce Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Ounce (28g) Raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon (18g) Raspberry Jelly
  • 1 Teaspoon (5g) White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Serving (8g) Instant Sugar Free Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding

  • Sodium: 509mg
  • Carbs: 51g
  • Fiber: 10g

Combine your Milk, Rolled Oats, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl. Microwave your oatmeal for around 2:00. While the oatmeal is still hot add in the rest of your ingredients. Mix everything together. Mouthgasm!
