Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Overnight Oats

Next level oatmeal is here with these quick Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Overnight Oats! If you want a quick, delicious, and healthy way to kick that cheesecake craving then this healthy overnight oats recipe is your new best friend!

Start this recipe by taking out a bowl to mix everything together and something big enough to store it. You could also just make it directly in whatever you’re going to store it in like some of these wide mouth mason jars.

Add into whatever you’re using 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of a sugar free strawberry jelly, 1 serving of a sugar free fat free cheesecake instant pudding, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, 1/2 container of strawberry Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup of some chopped up fresh strawberries.

Mix all of those ingredients together until everything for your strawberry cheesecake protein overnight oats is incorporated.

Add your oatmeal into whatever you planned to store it in. If you made directly inside whatever you’re using to store it in then move on to the next step.

Put that into the fridge for a couple hours (overnight preferred) or until it thickens up. The longer you leave it in the fridge, the better the cheesecake texture will be.

Remove it from the fridge and optionally top it. I topped my strawberry cheesecake protein overnight oats with some fresh strawberry slices and whipped cream! Let us know what you top yours with in the comments below.

Is this prepared cheesecake jello or dry?

    • Derek Howes on February 23, 2022 at 2:51 pm

What do you mean? I’m not sure I understand the question.

      • Tatiana Morales on January 3, 2023 at 10:17 am

I finally made this! So good! I was also confused about the jello part. But I know they don’t sell the jello pudding in that flavor premade. So I made the jello per instructions and then added the extra milk per your recipe separate. I was making a bulk batch. Got 6 half ount jars out of it. Delicious!

Unfortunately, we don’t have Jello Cheesecake pudding in Canada (It’s a shame too). What do you suggest I can substitute it with?

    • Derek Howes on July 14, 2017 at 12:00 am

Hi Fil! It’s going to change the macros but a strawberry jam/sauce (sugar free?) and lower fat cream cheese would be great!

      • Fil on July 15, 2017 at 12:00 am

Thanks for your answer, how much lower fat cream cheese is enough? 125g? More?

PS Love your work enough that I bought your volume 1 book for my mom as a gift, she loves it.
