Blackberry Banana Protein Oatmeal Recipe

One of my favorite quick recipes! This delicious Blackberry Banana Protein Oatmeal recipe is not just high in protein but fiber as well!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Water
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Serving (8g) Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream Pudding
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons (13g) Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Cup (72g) Blackberries

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 483
  • Fat: 11g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 393mg
  • Carbs: 60g
  • Fiber: 14g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Protein: 36g

Combine your Milk, Oatmeal, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl. Microwave for 2:00 on High (or cook on the stove top). While the Oatmeal is still hot add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Blackberries. Mix everything together. Top with Blackberries. Enjoy!
