Healthy Mini Tuna Pizzas Recipe

These Healthy Mini Tuna Pizzas are quick, cheap, and taste WAY better than they sound! If you’re craving pizza and want a healthier alternative, try these!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup (62g) Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup (28g) Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

  • Fat: 7g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 832mg
  • Carbs: 29g
  • Fiber: 7g
  • Sugar: 6g
  • Protein: 36g

Drain your Tuna and then add it a long with your Fat Free Mayonnaise, Oregano, and Crushed Red Pepper into a bowl. Mix all of those ingredients together. Take out a baking pan, cut your English Muffin in half, and then place your English Muffin onto the baking pan. Evenly distribute your tuna mix, Pasta Sauce, and Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese onto your English Muffin halves. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 15:00-20:00 or until your English Muffin is crispy on the edges. Mouthgasm!
