Think about this for a second, especially if you’re dieting. Little sandwiches that are super simple to make, travel friendly, packed with flavor, and have little to no carbs. Are you sold yet? Because I’m sold and I’m the one making the recipe! Now lets jump right into these LOW CARB DELI LETTUCE WRAPS!
What you’ll first need to do is pick up some fresh lettuce. Personally I prefer romaine…it’s easy to find, nutritious, pretty cheap, and the leaves hold together well. Start by taking off a leaf and lightly pushing against your cutting board to flatten it out a bit (you’ll hear the “ribs” start to crack which will allow for it to roll much easier). Next take one or two slices of the healthiest sliced turkey you can find and lay it across your leaf. On top of that add 1/2 tablespoon or 7 grams of some Hampton Creek Just Mayo. The Hampton Creek Just Mayo is seriously DELICIOUS and comes in a couple different flavors like sriracha and chipotle. You can pick it up for a few bucks (depending on the size you want) at:

On that note, you’re almost done! Slice up a tomato and lay a couple slices over your mayo. Last, take whatever kind of bacon you want and chop it up or layer it on. I use pre-cooked most of the time (don’t shoot me) because it’s quick and quick is good when you don’t have much time! Roll up your lettuce wrap and repeat until you hit your macros!
This whole recipe takes maybe 2-3 minutes. Seriously, who said great tasting healthy food has to be hard to make or take forever to prep? Definitely not me.

- 1 Lettuce Leaf Per Wrap (Your choice lettuce)
- 1-2 Slices Deli Turkey (Healthiest one you can find)
- 1/2 Tablespoon (7g) Hampton Creek Just Mayo
- Couple Slices Tomato
- 1 Strip Your Choice Bacon

How to make:
- Remove a Lettuce Leaf from your head of lettuce and press down the center of it to crack the “ribs” so that it flattens out/rolls easier
- Layer it with the rest of your ingredients
- Roll it up and repeat until you hit your macros!
- Insert a toothpick into it so that it doesn’t come unwrapped!
