Your new favorite healthy snack has arrived! These Low Carb Deli Lettuce Wraps are super simple to make, travel friendly, packed with flavor, and have little to no carbs. Are you sold yet? No? Well they’re high protein too!

What you’ll first need to do is pick up some fresh lettuce. Personally, I prefer romaine here. It’s easy to find, nutritious, pretty cheap depending on where you’re located, and the leaves hold together well.

Start by taking off a leaf of your romaine or other lettuce and lightly pushing against your cutting board to flatten it out a bit. You’ll hear the “ribs” start to crack which will allow for it to roll much easier.

Next, lay across your leaf one or two slices of the healthiest sliced turkey you can find. You could also use any other deli meat or even something like tofu if you don’t eat meat!

On top of that add 1/2 tablespoon of your choice mayonnaise. Fat free? Reduced fat? Flavored? Use whatever fits your macros or taste buds for that day!

If you didn’t know, mayonnaise comes in all shapes and sizes nowadays. Sriracha, chipotle, garlic…the list goes on. Let me know your favorite variations for these low carb deli lettuce wraps below.

On that note, you’re almost done!

Lay a few slices of a tomato over your mayo and finish with a couple pieces of broken or crushed up bacon.

I use fully cooked bacon almost all of the time. It’s quick and quick is good when you don’t have much time.

Roll up your lettuce wrap, optionally insert a toothpick into it so that it doesn’t come unwrapped, and repeat until you hit your macros!

This whole low carb deli lettuce wraps recipe takes maybe 2-3 minutes. Who said great tasting healthy food has to be hard to make or take forever to prep?
