Are you ready to take your taste buds for a ride? This Pineapple Salad Cottage Cheese recipe is healthy, DELICIOUS, and packed with protein! If you like pineapple and you like cottage cheese, you’re going to love pineapple cottage cheese! The best part? You only need a couple ingredients to make it!
All you need for this one is something to mix your ingredients in. A bowl, mason jar, storage container, and so on will all work great. I like mixing everything together in a bowl and portioning it out into single serving mason jars.
Add into whatever you’re using 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1 ounce of pineapple juice, 1 optional scoop of vanilla protein powder (my preference), and 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple.
Use whatever cottage cheese fits your macros. I used fat free today but full or reduced fat both work equally as good for this pineapple salad cottage cheese recipe.
Switch up your flavors by using a complimenting protein powder flavor. Like chocolate covered pineapple? Use a chocolate protein powder!
Mix everything together.

You’re welcome Heidi!
When I want to mimic commercial pineapple cottage cheese, I combine a 24 ounce container of cottage cheese (usually fat free) with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple drained of its juice and two or three packets of sweetener. Makes five or six servings for simple breakfasts. I might try adding a couple of scoops of protein powder to boost the macros.
