Have you ever wanted to eat a candy bar for breakfast? Well now you can WITHOUT the GUILT! This Protein Candy Bar Oatmeal recipe is absolutely delicious, healthy, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Ounce Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Caramel Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon (5g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Serving (8g) Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Ounce (14g) Peanuts
  • 2 Tablespoons (12g) Powdered Regular/Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) Sugar Free Fat Free Caramel Dip

Combine your Milk, Rolled Oats, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl. Microwave your oatmeal for around 2:00. While the oatmeal is still hot add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Caramel Dip. Mix everything together. Add in your Caramel Dip and lightly stir it in. Enjoy!


  • Top or add into your oatmeal some Greek yogurt, cool whip, or whipped cream!
