Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats40g
  • ½ Cup Milk Substituteor Milk (4 Ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water2 Ounces
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons SyrupSugar Free
  • ½ Tablespoon Honey10.5g
  • ½ Ounce Pecans14g Chopped
  • Caramel DipSugar Free (or Syrup)

Instructions

  • Combine your Milk, Oatmeal, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
  • Microwave for 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Caramel Dip while hot
  • Mix everything together
  • Top with Caramel Dip
