What We Used
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats – 40g
- ½ Cup Milk Substitute – or Milk (4 Ounces)
- ¼ Cup Water – 2 Ounces
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder – 30g Vanilla
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Syrup – Sugar Free
- ½ Tablespoon Honey – 10.5g
- ½ Ounce Pecans – 14g Chopped
- Caramel Dip – Sugar Free (or Syrup)
Instructions
- Combine your Milk, Oatmeal, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from your Caramel Dip while hot
- Mix everything together
- Top with Caramel Dip
