S’mores PROTEIN Oatmeal Recipe (High Fiber/Proats)

If you like regular s’mores but hate the guilt then this S’mores Protein Oatmeal recipe is for you! Packed with fiber, high in protein, and a GREAT way to kill that sweet tooth!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Low Fat Graham Cracker
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons (5g) Jet Puffed Marshmallow Bits

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 578
  • Fat: 14g
  • Saturated Fat: 7g
  • Sodium: 390mg
  • Carbs: 65g
  • Fiber: 11g
  • Sugar: 14g
  • Protein: 48g

Take out a microwavable safe bowl. Add in your Rolled Oats and Milk. Microwave your oatmeal for around 2:00. Add in your Protein and Cocoa Powder. Mix those ingredients together. Crush up your Graham Cracker and add it on top a long with your Chocolate Chips and Marshmallow Bits. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • To cut down on the carbs a bit only use 1/2 Graham Cracker and 1/2 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips!

  • Before I comment on this recipe I just wanted to take a sec to commend you! I love all your videos, subscribe to your you tube channel and love trying your recipes. I really appreciate your hard work and your site is full of great info! I also love the protein powder you recommend (vanilla ice cream flavor so far (that Amazon was offering) is the only one I got and love it!). I attempted to make the oatmeal recipe this am (was totally out of eggs 🙁 and am pretty bummed. I don’t want to throw it away but can’t figure out ways to save it, maybe at least for lunch since I already got something else to eat? I am wondering if I should add more oats and put in some sugar alternative of some sort? I think 2 tbs of chocolate powder is a bit too much. It made my oatmeal quite bitter. I will start with a tsp next time. Granted I didn’t add marshmallows to mine (don’t like them) and used the vanilla chocolate powder, but the oamtmeal was so needing more sweetness to counteract the bitterness of the choco powder.   • 10/10 would eat again. Awesome creativity and I love the tips on how to cut down on carbs. Have you thought about using an oven safe bowl and popping it under the broiler or something for a few minutes to melt the chocolate and brown the marshmallows? I don’t know if it would work or not! But thanks for the awesomeness in this!!
