This Sriracha Super Bowl Dip recipe is the perfect dip take with you anywhere! Delicious, healthy, high in protein, and enough “kick” to satisfy all angles!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Pounds (32 Ounces) Lean Ground Beef (I use 93/7)
  • 1 Packet (1.25 Ounces/35g) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 10-12 Teaspoons (50-60g) Sriracha
  • 1 Cup (112g) Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese
  • 5 Tablespoons (35g) Bacon Bits
  • 4 Ounces (113g) Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 Jar (16 Ounces/454g) Salsa
  • 16 Ounces (454g) Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 8 Ounces (227g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Pack (8 .8 Ounces/250g) :90 Second Rice

Take out a large stove top pan, coat it with non-stick cooking spray, and turn your burner on Medium Heat. Put your Lean Ground Beef in the pan and brown it (stir/mix it around until your Lean Ground Beef is browned/cooked). Turn your burner on Low Heat, add in your Taco Seasoning Mix + Sriracha, and then stir/mix everything together. Cook on Low Heat for 5:00 while stirring/mixing 1-2 times. Take out a large dish or pan and then add in your Lean Ground Beef mix for the first layer. Sprinkle 1/2 Cup (56g) Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese over your hot Beef (so it melts). Cook your :90 Second Rice and layer that on. Put your Salsa on top of your :90 Second Rice. Add your Green Chiles on top of your Salsa. Mix together your Fat Free Cream Cheese (let it soften up) + Fat Free Sour Cream in a bowl and then layer that on top of your Green Chiles. Last sprinkle your Bacon Bits, another 1/2 Cup (56g) Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese, and some more Sriracha on top. Srirachagasm!

Tips:

  • You don’t need to drain the Beef since it’s already included in your total macros!
