Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats40g
  • ½ Cup Milk Substituteor Milk (4 Ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water2 Ounces
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder30g Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter17g Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder5g
  • 1 Pack Hot Cocoa Mix8g Diet
  • 2 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff12g

Instructions

  • Combine your Milk, Rolled Oats, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
  • Microwave your oatmeal for around 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients while your oatmeal is hot
  • Mix everything together
