Reinvent your favorite seasonal drink and eat it to reach your goals at breakfast! This Hot Chocolate Protein Oatmeal recipe is just as quick to make as the drink, loaded with chocolate flavor, and packed with great macros!
Unless you plan to make your oatmeal on the stovetop you’re only going to need a microwavable bowl and a microwave to make this one.
Add right into your microwavable bowl 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of unsweetened milk substitute, and 1/4 cup of water.
Give those ingredients a quick mix and microwave your oatmeal for around 2 minutes. Depending on how powerful your microwave is you may need more or less time so keep an eye on it!
While still hot add in 1 tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter, 1 pack of a diet hot cocoa mix, 1 scoop of a chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff.
Mix everything together until you have your hot chocolate protein oatmeal!
