Here is the recipe for the shake:

  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Cup Kale (or Other Greens)
  • 3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Green Tea
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon (7g) Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Ice

Calories in the WHOLE shake:

  • Calories: 511
  • Fat: 15g
  • Saturated Fat: 10g
  • Sodium: 418mg
  • Carbs: 48g
  • Fiber: 9g
  • Sugar: 19g
  • Protein: 46g

How to make:

  1. Make your Green Tea
  2. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender
  3. Blend everything together
